Easy Weekend Crepe Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar or vanilla (for sweet crepes)
How I Make Them
- Add everything to a bowl and whisk until smooth. The batter should be thin — like heavy cream.
- Heat the crepe pan over medium heat and lightly butter it.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl quickly to spread.
- Cook until the edges lift, flip, and cook briefly on the other side.
- Stack and repeat.
The first crepe is always a little weird. This is normal and part of the experience.
